Our Course

Our DBT courses are designed to support you to get the most out of your DBT program. Our program includes plenty of bonus resources, access to live classes, plenty of guidance in using DBT skills and access to a supportive DBT community.

    Live Classes -7 Sessions

    Each week you will have access to a 90min in-person class. Our highly trained DBT therapist will teach DBT coping skills and present you with the latest information to support your learning. Enjoy the support of live sessions in a small group focused on skills to support you.

    We know that everyone has different learning needs. Our course includes plenty of bonus content including handouts, worksheets, planners, diaries, infographics, podcasts and videos, to assist in your learning.

  • The Full DBT Course

    Continue Your DBT Program

    The entire DBT course is delivered in 3 Modules. This Module can be completed on its own or continue on to complete the other 2 DBT Modules. Modules can be completed in any order and as we refresh our courses, they can be completed again for a new learning experience.

Emotion Regulation and Mindfulness Skills

Commencing 30th July 2024 from 5.30pm-7.00pm, in-person, this 7 session DBT Module includes the following:

  • Accurately identify and name emotions

  • Understand how emotions function and why we have them

  • Learn skills for getting out of unwanted emotions, problem solving and managing waves of emotion.

  • Reduce your vulnerability to negative emotional states and build resilience.

  • Reduce emotional reactivity and learn how to move through emotion quickly.
