    Each week you will have access to a 90min live online class via Zoom. Our highly trained DBT therapist will teach DBT coping skills and present you with the latest information to support your learning. Listen in the comfort of your own space and enjoy the support of live sessions to support you.

  • The Full DBT Course

    Continue your DBT program

    The entire DBT course is delivered in 3 Modules. This Module can be completed on its own or continue on to complete the other 2 DBT Modules. Modules can be completed in any order and as we refresh our courses, they can be completed again for a new learning experience.

Interpersonal Effectiveness and Mindfulness

Commencing 1st October 2024, this 7 session DBT Module includes the following:

  • Skills for asserting your needs, saying no and getting your opinions taken seriously.

  • Building and maintaining relationships and acting in ways that does not damage important relationships. Includes the ability to act in ways that build and preserves self-respect.

  • Forming new relationships and overcoming social anxiety. Managing and ending unhealthy relationships skillfully.

  • Factors that make interpersonal situations difficult and interfere with skillful reponses. How to troubleshoot situations for the most effective outcomes.

  • Mindfulness skills for building self awareness and being able to be more present with others. Build relationship mindfulness and the ability to act effectively according to your goals.

  • Skills for influencing others' behaviour as well as creating lasting behaviour change.
